What Our Customers Have To Say.

Our locator Joseph was able to give us a list of apartments very quickly and with everything we were looking for! Definitely will be using them again in the future if we plan on moving!
Stacy Nelms
Wow!!!! Very rarely am I blown away by anyone, but Joseph really raised the bar! From the get go he was very helpful and gave us a quick response on our inquiry. To give an insight of what I went through.I searched for hours trying to narrow down the best apartments out there for my son who would be attending college. Yes, he is 20 and can do everything himself. However, he is working 3 jobs and won’t need a co-signer. He values my opinion and trusts my insight for the most part when it comes to this sort of thing, so built in mom apartment locator right! 🤣 That’s what I was thinking too. Mom’s got this! Wong! After list beyond list of comparing prices, locations, reviews, amenities , distance, it was all overwhelming. My husband saw my frustration and decided to reach out to an apartment locator, not knowing I had reached out to one as well, really not even knowing that I actually had while looking at all the apartments on line. Needless to say, Joseph immediately picked up the phone when we called. We told him our interests and he provided a list of options for us. Remind you I had a list of places I wanted to check out as well that I thought were going to be winners for sure. 😂 I had some recommendations from Joseph, my recommendations and then the other locators recommendations and let my son look on line to narrow down which apartments he wanted to visit. We went to see 5 apartments in one afternoon. While some of the apartments we chose were very good they all had something missing. Not good area, to expensive, no extra parking etc...We left that day feeling we could settle for one, but wasn’t perfect. When we got back home we called Joseph again and narrowed down our search criteria and he provided a list of apartments that fit more of what we realized we were looking for Immediately. The other locator didn’t send any. Joseph even offered to go out and take videos of the other properties he had mentioned. WHAT!!!! Was this for real? What an amazing gesture! I declined his offer because I like getting the feel for things myself and didn’t want to put him out. Besides touring the locations have my son more insight of the area. Everything looks perfect online when you go to view apartments, but it’s the outside and surrounding neighborhood that they don’t show you. I not only cared about where my son would be laying his head, but also the area he would be walking in and call his community. After reviewing the list that Joseph had narrowed down for us after our initial search we went and toured more apartments for a second time. This time we would find the perfect place for my son to call home while attending college. This particular apartment was not on my list or the other persons. To me it was a diamond in the rough that I had prayed that God lead us to. Let’s just say, I don’t think it was a coincidence that Joseph of all people was our guide. · ️Using an apartment locator doesn’t mean you won’t have to do a little work on your part, but it does mean that when you work together, they can help find you the perfect home. Well, that is if you’re working with Joseph.

My locator Denisha Williams was very helpful, worked hard to get what I wanted, very flexible, professional and had great communication. I recommend her to anyone, she’ll work with you.
Nick Gibson
We just found the perfect home in Denton, thanks to Joseph. Me and my girlfriend are super happy. I'm not from Texas or Dallas, so I was a little bit overwhelmed at first, however, these guys really did help find us an apartment in budget and went above and beyond to what we expected. If I could leave 6 stars for these guys, I would.
